Solutions for common problems when creating new workspaces in Firebuzz.
Creating Workspaces
Workspace Creation Failed
You see an error message during workspace creation or the AI setup process fails.
Solution:
- Refresh the page and try creating the workspace again.
- Check your internet connection is stable.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Try using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Safari recommended).
- If you provided a website URL, verify the URL is accessible and publicly available.
- Contact support if the issue persists after trying these steps.
The AI setup analyzes your business information to configure your workspace. Complex websites may require more processing time.
AI Setup Taking Too Long
The AI processing appears stuck or has been running for longer than 5 minutes.
Solution:
- Do not refresh the page. Let the AI finish processing.
- Verify your website URL is correct and publicly accessible.
- If the process exceeds 10 minutes, refresh the page.
- Try creating the workspace again using a text description instead of a website URL.
- Contact support if AI setup fails repeatedly.
Complex websites with many pages may take up to 5 minutes to analyze. Refreshing too early will cancel the process and you'll need to start over.
Payment Card Declined
Your credit card is declined during the plan selection step.
Solution:
- Verify all card details are correct (number, expiry date, CVV).
- Ensure your card has sufficient funds or available credit.
- Contact your bank to authorize the transaction. Some banks block unfamiliar online purchases.
- Try using a different payment method or card.
No charges occur during your 14-day trial period. Your card is only charged if you continue using Firebuzz after the trial ends.
Cannot Access Website URL During Setup
The AI setup reports it cannot access the website URL you provided.
Solution:
- Verify the URL is complete and correct (include
https://orhttp://). - Test the URL in your browser to confirm it loads properly.
- Check if your website requires authentication or is behind a firewall.
- Ensure your website is live and not in maintenance mode.
- Try using a text description of your business instead.
