Refund Policy
Firebuzz refund policy, billing disputes, and what to do if you have payment concerns.
Firebuzz operates on an all sales final policy. Understanding this policy before subscribing helps set proper expectations about billing and cancellations.
Refund Policy Overview
All sales are final. Firebuzz does not offer refunds for subscription payments, including:
- Monthly subscription charges
- Annual subscription charges
- Plan upgrades
- Add-on purchases
- Partial billing periods
This policy applies to all subscription tiers and payment types. Make sure you're comfortable with your plan selection before subscribing or upgrading.
Why No Refunds?
The no-refund policy exists because:
- Firebuzz provides immediate access to all paid features upon subscription
- Resources (storage, AI credits, analytics) are consumed as soon as you use them
- The service is priced fairly with flexible monthly and annual options
- You can cancel at any time to stop future charges
What You Can Do Instead
While refunds aren't available, you have several options to manage your subscription:
Cancel Your Subscription
To avoid future charges:
- Go to Settings then Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged again after cancellation
Canceling stops future charges but doesn't provide a refund for the current period. You retain access to paid features until the billing period ends.
Downgrade Your Plan
If your current plan is more than you need:
- Navigate to Settings then Subscription
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower-tier plan
- Changes take effect at your next billing cycle
Downgrading reduces future charges without affecting your current billing period.
Try Before You Buy
To avoid unexpected charges:
- Start with the 14-day free trial to test Firebuzz features
- Explore all core functionality during your trial period
- Cancel before the trial ends if the platform doesn't meet your needs
The 14-day free trial gives you full access to your chosen plan's features. Use it thoroughly to ensure Firebuzz is the right fit before being charged.
Billing Disputes and Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly:
Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges
If you see charges you didn't authorize or duplicate charges:
- Contact Firebuzz support immediately via email or in-app chat
- Provide your invoice number and a description of the issue
- Support will investigate and work with Stripe to resolve legitimate billing errors
Technical Billing Errors
For technical issues like:
- Being charged for a canceled subscription
- Double billing in the same period
- Incorrect plan pricing applied
Contact support with your invoice details. Genuine technical errors will be investigated and corrected.
Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the charge. Provide as much detail as possible, including invoice numbers and dates.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Important: Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting Firebuzz support can result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Loss of access to your workspace and data
- Additional fees from payment processors
Always contact Firebuzz support first to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Questions or Concerns?
If you have questions about a charge or billing issue:
- Review your billing history to verify the charge details
- Check your subscription tier and billing cycle
- Contact Firebuzz support with specific questions
Our support team can help clarify charges, explain billing cycles, and assist with legitimate billing errors.
Most billing questions can be resolved quickly by reviewing your invoice details and subscription settings. Check these first before reaching out to support.
