Billing Cycles
Choose the billing frequency that works best for your budget:
Monthly Billing
Pay month-to-month with the flexibility to change or cancel anytime. Your subscription renews automatically on the same day each month.
Yearly Billing
Save the equivalent of one month by paying annually. When you choose yearly billing, you pay for 11 months and get 12 months of service.
Savings Example:
- Scale plan monthly: $199 × 12 = $2,388/year
- Scale plan yearly: $2,189/year
- You save: $199 (one month free)
Yearly billing is ideal for established businesses with predictable marketing needs. You'll save money and avoid monthly payment processing.
How Billing Works
Credit Allocation
Your monthly AI credit allocation renews at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Traffic Tracking
Monthly traffic is calculated as the total unique visitors across all published landing pages in your workspace. Traffic resets at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Proration
When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, Firebuzz automatically adjusts your billing:
- Upgrades: Immediate access to new features with prorated charges
- Downgrades: Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
Viewing Your Subscription
To check your current plan and billing details:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- View the Plan tab to see your current subscription details
Your subscription overview displays:
- Current plan name with status badge (Active, Trial, or Cancelling)
- Plan price with any active discounts displayed
- Plan limits (seats, projects, credits, traffic)
- Billing cycle progress bar showing start/end dates and days remaining
- Active add-ons section below
Free Trial
All new Firebuzz users receive a 14-day free trial on any plan. During your trial:
- Access all features of your selected plan
- Credit card required during signup (not charged until trial ends)
- Cancel anytime during the trial period
- Automatically converts to paid at trial end
