Usage Overview
Understand how AI credits work in Firebuzz, how they're allocated, and how to track your consumption.
AI credits are the currency that powers Firebuzz's AI features. Every AI-generated landing page, content edit, and image creation consumes credits from your monthly allocation. Understanding how credits work helps you optimize your usage and plan ahead.
How Credits Work
Credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle based on your subscription plan:
| Plan | Monthly Credits |
|---|---|
| Pro | 500 credits |
| Scale | 1,250 credits |
| Agency | 3,000 credits |
| Enterprise | Custom |
Your credit balance resets at the start of each billing period. Standard subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.
Credit Consumption
Different AI operations consume varying amounts of credits:
Landing Page Generation
Creating a new AI-generated landing page typically uses 80-150 credits depending on:
- Page complexity and number of sections
- Amount of content generated
- Number of images included
Content Editing
Refining or editing existing content uses 10-30 credits per request based on the scope of changes.
Image Generation
AI-generated images consume 20-50 credits each depending on resolution and complexity.

Credit Allocation Timing
Monthly Plans
Credits are allocated on your billing date each month. For example, if you subscribed on the 15th, you receive new credits on the 15th of each month.
Yearly Plans
Even with yearly billing, credits are allocated monthly. You receive your full monthly allocation at the start of each 30-day period within your yearly subscription.
Yearly plans use a "shadow subscription" system to ensure you receive monthly credit allocations while only being billed once per year.
Credit Expiration
Subscription Credits
Standard credits from your plan expire at the end of your billing cycle. Any unused credits are not carried over.
Top-up Credits
Purchased credit packages (top-ups) can carry over to the next billing period if unused, as long as your subscription remains active.
