Billing History

View your complete billing history, invoice statuses, and past payment records in Firebuzz.

Access your complete billing history to review past invoices, payment statuses, and subscription charges. All invoices are available directly in your Firebuzz account, with options to download PDFs or view detailed information.

Accessing Billing History

To view your billing history:

  1. Go to Settings in your workspace
  2. Click Subscription
  3. Select the Billing tab
  4. Scroll to the Billing History section

Your invoice list displays all past and current invoices in reverse chronological order (newest first).

Your billing history includes all invoices from the moment you first subscribed to a paid plan.

Understanding Invoice Information

Each invoice in your billing history shows:

  • Invoice Number - Unique identifier for the invoice (e.g., INV-2024-001)
  • Date - When the invoice was created
  • Amount - Total charge in your billing currency
  • Status - Current payment status (see below)
  • Actions - Download PDF or view hosted invoice

Invoice Status Meanings

Invoices can have the following statuses:

  • Draft - Invoice is being prepared but not yet finalized
  • Open - Invoice has been sent but payment is pending
  • Paid - Payment was successful and invoice is settled
  • Uncollectible - Payment attempts have been exhausted without success
  • Void - Invoice was canceled and is no longer valid

Most invoices will show as Paid since subscription charges are processed automatically using your saved payment method.

Invoice Details

Click on any invoice to view detailed information:

  • Line items (subscription fees, add-ons, credits)
  • Tax amounts and tax IDs
  • Billing period covered
  • Payment method used
  • Customer information and billing address

Viewing Date Ranges

Your billing history displays:

  • All invoices from your subscription start date to present
  • Monthly invoices for subscription renewals
  • One-time charges or adjustments
  • Credit notes or refunds (if applicable)

Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle. For monthly plans, you'll see one invoice per month. For annual plans, you'll see one invoice per year.

To find specific invoices:

  • Invoices are listed chronologically (newest first)
  • Use your browser's search function (Ctrl+F or Cmd+F) to find specific invoice numbers or dates
  • Check invoice status badges to quickly identify paid or pending invoices

What's Included in Billing History

Your billing history includes:

  • Monthly or annual subscription renewals
  • Plan upgrades (prorated charges)
  • Plan downgrades (credits applied)
  • Add-on purchases
  • Tax charges (VAT, sales tax, etc.)
