Payment Methods
Accepted payment cards and how Firebuzz securely processes your payments through Stripe.
Firebuzz accepts major credit and debit cards for all subscription payments. All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe, ensuring your payment information is protected with industry-leading security standards.
Accepted Cards
Firebuzz accepts the following payment cards:
- Visa - All Visa credit and debit cards
- Mastercard - All Mastercard credit and debit cards
- American Express - All American Express cards
- Discover - All Discover cards
Both credit and debit cards are accepted for all card types listed above.
Secure Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, a globally trusted payment platform that handles billions of dollars in transactions annually. When you add a payment method to Firebuzz:
- Your card information is sent directly to Stripe's secure servers
- Firebuzz never stores your complete card details
- Only the last 4 digits and card brand are visible in your account
- All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols
Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest level of payment security certification available.
How Cards Are Stored
When you add a payment method:
- Stripe creates a secure token representing your card
- Only the card's last 4 digits, brand (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), and expiration date are displayed
- Your full card number and CVV are never accessible to Firebuzz
- You can store multiple payment methods and set one as default
To manage your stored payment methods, go to Settings and navigate to Subscription then open the Billing tab.
Accessing Payment Settings
To view or manage your payment methods:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Select the Billing tab
- Click Manage Billing Information
This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can securely add, update, or remove payment methods.
The Stripe Customer Portal is hosted by Stripe, providing an additional layer of security for your payment information.
