Reactivating Your Subscription
Resume a canceled subscription or resubscribe after your subscription has ended.
Changed your mind about canceling? Firebuzz makes it easy to resume your subscription or resubscribe after cancellation. This guide covers both scenarios.
Two Reactivation Scenarios
1. Resume Before Period Ends
If you canceled but your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can resume your subscription.
2. Resubscribe After Cancellation
If your subscription has fully ended, you'll need to resubscribe as a new subscription.
Resuming a Canceling Subscription
If you canceled and your subscription shows "Canceling at period end":
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Select the Plan tab
- Look for the "Canceling" status badge
- Click Resume Subscription
- Your subscription continues as normal
Resuming removes the scheduled cancellation. Your subscription continues without interruption, and you'll be charged as usual at your next billing date.
What's Restored
When you resume:
- Subscription continues on same plan
- Same billing date maintained
- No additional charges (just regular renewal)
- All team members retain access
Resubscribing After Full Cancellation
If your subscription has already ended:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Click Subscribe
- Choose your plan (Pro, Scale, or Agency)
- Select billing frequency (monthly or yearly)
- Add or confirm payment method
- Complete the subscription
What Happens
When you resubscribe:
- New subscription starts immediately
- Fresh credit allocation begins
- Access restored to retained data (if within grace period)
- Need to re-invite team members
If you resubscribe within the data retention period, your previous landing pages and content should still be accessible.
Restoring Previous Plan
Same Plan Available
If you want the same plan you had before:
- Select that plan during resubscription
- All features work the same as before
Plan No Longer Available
If your previous plan has been discontinued:
- Choose from current available plans
- Features may differ from your previous plan
Team Member Access
After Resuming
Team members keep access automatically—no action needed.
After Resubscribing
You'll need to re-invite team members:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Send new invitations
- Members accept invites to regain access
Add-ons and Reactivation
Resuming
If you resume before period ends, add-ons remain active.
Resubscribing
After full cancellation, add-ons are not automatically restored:
- Resubscribe to base plan first
- Purchase add-ons separately
- Add-ons are new purchases, not restorations
Billing After Reactivation
Resuming
- Same billing date continues
- No immediate charge (wait for normal renewal)
- Same payment method used
Resubscribing
- New billing date = today
- Charged immediately for new subscription
- Can use same or different payment method
