Common Issues
Features Not Working in Safari
Some features behave differently in Safari, especially related to cookies and tracking prevention.
Solution:
- Update Safari to the latest version available for your macOS or iOS
- Enable cookies by going to Safari > Preferences > Privacy and disabling Prevent cross-site tracking
- Disable content blockers that may interfere with app functionality
- Try Chrome or Firefox if issues persist when editing
Safari's privacy features can sometimes interfere with authentication. Temporarily disabling "Prevent cross-site tracking" usually resolves most Safari-specific issues.

Solution:
-
Clear your browser cache:
- Chrome: Press
Ctrl+Shift+Delete, then select Cached images and files - Firefox: Press

- Try incognito mode to test without extensions or cached data
- Check the browser console for errors by pressing
F12and viewing the Console tab
If you see error messages in the console, note them and contact support with the details for faster troubleshooting.
Extension Conflicts
Browser extensions are interfering with Firebuzz functionality.
Known problem extensions:
- Ad blockers (uBlock Origin, AdBlock Plus)
- Privacy extensions (Privacy Badger, Ghostery)
- PDF viewers that intercept downloads
- Translation extensions
Solution:
- Disable extensions one by one to identify the conflict
- Whitelist Firebuzz in your ad blocker:
- Add
*.firebuzz.comand*.getfirebuzz.comto allowed sites
- Add
- Create a dedicated browser profile for Firebuzz without extensions
Copy and Paste Not Working
You cannot copy or paste content in the editor.
Solution:
- Grant clipboard permissions when prompted by the browser
- Use keyboard shortcuts (
Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V) instead of the right-click menu - Check browser settings by going to Site Settings > Clipboard and allowing access for firebuzz.com
- Try a different browser, as clipboard handling varies by browser
Drag and Drop Issues
Files or elements will not drag properly in the editor.
Solution:
- Ensure you are clicking and holding before dragging
- Check for touch mode, as touch-enabled devices may need different gestures
- Update your browser, as older versions may have drag-drop bugs
- Disable interfering extensions such as screenshot tools that capture drag events
