Plan Limits
Understand the resource limits for each Firebuzz subscription plan including credits, traffic, seats, and projects.
Each Firebuzz subscription plan includes specific resource allocations. Understanding these limits helps you choose the right plan and know when it's time to upgrade or add additional resources.

Understanding Each Limit
AI Credits
Credits power all AI features in Firebuzz:
- Landing page generation
- Content editing and refinement
- Image creation
- Form schema generation
What happens when you run out: AI features become unavailable until your next billing cycle or until you purchase a credit top-up. Existing landing pages continue to work normally.
Monthly Traffic
Traffic is measured as unique visitors across all your published landing pages within a billing cycle.
What happens when you exceed: Your landing pages continue to work. You'll receive notifications encouraging you to upgrade. Consistent overage may require a plan upgrade to ensure fair resource allocation.
Team Seats
Seats determine how many team members can access your workspace:
- Each seat allows one user with full access
- Owners and admins count toward your seat limit
- Pending invitations don't consume seats until accepted
What happens when you reach the limit: You cannot invite additional team members until you upgrade your plan or purchase extra seats as an add-on.
Projects
Projects are separate organizational units within your workspace, ideal for:
- Different clients (for agencies)
- Separate brands
- Distinct campaigns or initiatives
What happens when you reach the limit: You cannot create new projects until you upgrade your plan or purchase extra projects as an add-on.
All Plans Include
Regardless of your plan, every Firebuzz subscription includes:
- Unlimited Form Submissions — No limits on lead capture
- Unlimited Campaigns — Create as many campaigns as you need
- Custom Domains — Connect unlimited domains
- Real-Time Analytics — Full analytics suite
- A/B Testing — Split testing capabilities
- Template Library — Access to all templates

Checking Your Limits
To view your current limits and usage:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- View the Plan tab for your limits
- Switch to the Usage tab to see current consumption
Your plan card displays:
- Current plan name and pricing
- Seat limit
- Project limit
- Credit allocation
- Traffic allowance
When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading your plan when you:
- Consistently use more than 80% of your monthly credits
- Approach your traffic limit multiple months in a row
- Need more team members than your current seat limit
- Want to organize work into more projects
Rather than upgrading your entire plan, you can purchase add-ons for specific needs—extra seats, projects, or credit top-ups.
Limits and Downgrades
When downgrading to a lower plan, Firebuzz validates that your current usage fits within the new plan's limits:
- Seats — Must remove team members to fit new limit
- Projects — Must archive or delete projects to fit new limit
- Credits — No validation (you'll simply receive fewer credits)
- Traffic — No validation (you may exceed and receive notifications)
If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits, you'll be prompted to make adjustments before the downgrade can proceed.
