Monitoring Usage
Track your AI credit consumption, view usage charts, and monitor resource usage by project and team member.
Firebuzz provides detailed usage analytics to help you understand how your team consumes AI credits and plan for future needs. Monitor daily trends, identify high-usage projects, and track individual team member activity.
Accessing Usage Dashboard
To view your usage analytics:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Select the Usage tab
The dashboard displays your current billing period's usage with detailed breakdowns.
Usage Summary
The Usage tab displays four interactive charts:
Usage Summary Chart
A radial progress chart showing:
- Credits Used — Total credits consumed this period (shown in center)
- Total Credits — Total credits available this period
- Usage Percentage — Displayed prominently at the top right
Other Charts
- Daily Usage Chart — Credits consumed per day over your billing period
- Project Usage Chart — Credits consumed by each project
- User Usage Chart — Credits consumed by each team member
Bookmark the Usage tab for quick access. Regularly monitoring helps you avoid running out of credits unexpectedly.
Daily Usage Chart
The daily usage chart visualizes credit consumption over your billing period:
- X-axis — Days within your current billing cycle
- Y-axis — Credits consumed per day
- Trend line — Shows your average daily consumption
Reading the Chart
- Spikes indicate days with heavy AI usage (large campaigns, multiple landing pages)
- Valleys represent lower activity periods
- Trend helps predict if you'll run out of credits before cycle end
If your daily average suggests you'll exceed your allocation, consider purchasing a credit top-up or upgrading your plan.
Usage by Project
The project breakdown shows how credits are distributed across your workspaces:

| Percentage | Share of total usage |
This helps identify:
- Which clients or campaigns consume the most resources
- Projects that may need dedicated credit allocations
- Opportunities to optimize high-usage workflows
Usage by User
Track individual team member consumption:

| Credits Used | Total credits consumed by this user |
| Last Activity | Most recent AI operation date |
This visibility helps:
- Understand team productivity patterns
- Identify power users who may need training on efficiency
- Allocate resources appropriately
Only workspace owners and admins can view usage by user. Team members can only see their own usage.
Sidebar Widget
The subscription widget in the sidebar provides at-a-glance monitoring:
- Plan name — Your current subscription tier
- Credit usage — Used / Available format (e.g., "150/500")
- Status indicator — Color-coded based on remaining credits
Status Colors
- Green — More than 50% credits remaining
- Yellow — 20-50% credits remaining
- Red — Less than 20% credits remaining
Setting Up Monitoring Habits
Weekly Check-ins
Review your Usage tab at least weekly to:
- Track consumption trends
- Identify unusual spikes
- Plan for high-activity periods
Before Major Campaigns
Check your remaining balance before launching large campaigns that require multiple landing pages or extensive AI generation.
End of Period Planning
A week before your billing cycle ends, review remaining credits and decide whether to purchase top-ups for ongoing work.
