Add-ons Overview
Extend your Firebuzz subscription with extra seats, projects, and AI credit packages without upgrading your plan.
Add-ons let you expand specific resources without changing your subscription plan. Whether you need more team seats, additional projects, or extra AI credits, add-ons provide flexible scaling options.
Available Add-ons
Firebuzz offers three types of add-ons to extend your subscription:
Extra Seats
Add more team members to your workspace beyond your plan's base allocation. Billed monthly per seat.
Extra Projects
Create additional projects for organizing campaigns, clients, or brands. Billed monthly per project.
Credit Top-ups
Purchase additional AI credits when you need more than your monthly allocation. One-time or recurring packages available.
Add-ons vs. Upgrading
When to Use Add-ons
Add-ons are ideal when you only need more of one specific resource:
- Need 1-2 extra team seats but don't need more credits
- Want one more project without changing plans
- Occasionally run out of credits but don't need a permanent increase
- Have seasonal needs that vary month to month
When to Upgrade
Upgrading your plan makes more sense when:
- You consistently exceed multiple limits
- The upgrade cost is similar to buying multiple add-ons
- You need the higher traffic allowance
- You're growing and expect sustained higher usage
Compare the cost of add-ons versus upgrading. If you need more seats AND projects AND credits, upgrading often provides better value.
Pricing Model
Recurring Add-ons
Extra seats and projects are billed monthly on the same cycle as your subscription:
- Charged at the start of each billing period
- Prorated when added mid-cycle
- Automatically renews each month
One-Time Add-ons
Credit top-ups can be purchased as one-time packages:
- Pay once for a specific credit amount
- Credits are available immediately
- Unused credits can carry over (unlike subscription credits)
- Some packages include bonus credits
Accessing Add-ons
To view and purchase add-ons:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- View the Plan tab
- Scroll to the Add-ons section
Your current add-ons display with quantity, pricing, and management options.
Trial Restrictions
Add-ons cannot be purchased during your 14-day free trial. You must convert to a paid subscription before adding extra resources.
To purchase add-ons during trial:
- Finish your trial early by clicking Upgrade Now
- Complete payment for your subscription
- Return to Settings > Subscription to purchase add-ons
