Start your 14-day free trial on any Firebuzz plan with full access to all features.
Every new Firebuzz user gets a 14-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan's features. A credit card is required during signup, but you won't be charged until your trial ends.
Trial Details
Duration
Your free trial lasts 14 days from the moment you sign up. The trial period is the same regardless of which plan you select.
What's Included
During your trial, you have full access to:
- Full AI credit allocation for your selected plan
- All team seats included in your plan
- All projects included in your plan
- Complete analytics suite
- Custom domain connections
- A/B testing capabilities
- Full template library access
Your trial credits match your selected plan: Pro gets 500 credits, Scale gets 1,250 credits, and Agency gets 3,000 credits.
Starting Your Trial
When you sign up for Firebuzz:
- Create your account with email verification
- Choose your desired plan (Pro, Scale, or Agency)
- Your 14-day trial begins immediately
- Add your payment method during signup
Trial Limitations
During your trial, there are a few restrictions:
No Add-ons
You cannot purchase add-ons (extra seats, projects, or credits) during your trial period. Convert to a paid subscription first to purchase add-ons.
Credits Don't Carry Over
Trial credits expire when your trial ends. Any unused credits are not transferred to your paid subscription.
One Trial Per Account
Free trials are limited to one per account. If you've previously used Firebuzz with a trial, you may not be eligible for another.
Checking Your Trial Status
To view your trial status:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- View the Plan tab
Your trial status shows:
- Trial badge on your plan name
- Days remaining in your trial
- Trial end date
The sidebar also displays a Trial badge with days remaining.
Converting to Paid
Finish Trial Early
If you're ready to start paying before your trial ends:
- Go to Settings > Subscription > Plan
- Click Upgrade Now
- Add your payment method
- Your paid subscription begins immediately
Automatic Conversion
If you added a payment method during signup:
- Your card will be charged when the trial ends
- Your subscription automatically converts to paid
- No action required on your part
No Payment Method
If you didn't add a payment method:
- You'll receive reminder emails before trial ends
- Your account downgrades when the trial expires
- Add a payment method to continue with paid features
Your payment method won't be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.
What Happens When Trial Ends
With Payment Method
- Subscription automatically converts to paid
- You're charged for your selected plan
- Full access continues without interruption
- Credits reset to your plan's monthly allocation
Canceling Your Trial
If you decide not to continue after your trial:
- Go to Settings → Subscription → Plan
- Click Cancel Trial
- Your trial access continues until the trial period ends
- You won't be charged when the trial ends
