Purchasing Add-ons
Learn how to buy extra seats, projects, and AI credit packages to extend your Firebuzz subscription.
Purchasing add-ons expands your Firebuzz subscription with additional resources. This guide walks you through buying each type of add-on and understanding the pricing.
Before You Purchase
Add-ons are not available during your 14-day free trial. You must have an active paid subscription to purchase add-ons.
If you're on a trial and need more resources:
- Click Upgrade Now in Settings > Subscription
- Complete your subscription payment
- Return to purchase add-ons
Purchasing Extra Seats
Add more team members to your workspace:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Navigate to the Plan tab
- Find the Extra Seats card
- Click Manage
- Use the quantity selector to choose how many seats to add
- Review the prorated charge for the current cycle
- Click Confirm
Seat Pricing
Extra seats are billed monthly per seat. The cost is prorated when adding mid-cycle:
- Adding on day 1: Full monthly price
- Adding mid-cycle: Pay only for remaining days
- Next cycle: Full monthly rate applies
Each extra seat allows one additional team member with full workspace access. Seat add-ons stack with your plan's base seat allocation.
Purchasing Extra Projects
Create additional organizational spaces:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Navigate to the Plan tab
- Find the Extra Projects card
- Click Manage
- Use the quantity selector to choose how many projects to add
- Review the prorated charge
- Click Confirm
Project Pricing
Extra projects are billed monthly per project with the same proration as seats.
Purchasing Credit Top-ups
Buy additional AI credits when you need more:
- Go to Settings
- Click Subscription
- Navigate to the Plan tab
- Find the Buy Credits section
- Browse available credit packages
- Click Purchase on your chosen package
- Confirm payment
Credit Packages
Credit top-ups come in various sizes, often with bonus credits:

Larger packages offer better value with bonus credits included. If you regularly need extra credits, consider purchasing a larger package.
Credit Package Types
- One-Time: Purchase once, use until depleted
- Recurring: Automatically renew each billing cycle
Payment Processing
When you purchase an add-on:
- Your default payment method is charged
- Add-on activates immediately
- Receipt sent to your billing email
- Shows on next invoice
For recurring add-ons, charges appear on your regular subscription invoice going forward.
Viewing Your Purchases
To see all active add-ons:
- Go to Settings > Subscription > Plan tab
- The Add-ons section shows:
- Current quantity for each add-on type
- Monthly cost per add-on
- Billing interval
