Managing Add-ons

View, modify, and track your active add-ons including seat, project, and credit allocations.

Once you've purchased add-ons, you can manage them from your subscription settings. Adjust quantities, view costs, and track your additional resources all in one place.

Viewing Active Add-ons

To see your current add-ons:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Subscription
  3. Select the Plan tab
  4. Scroll to the Add-ons section

Each active add-on displays:

  • Type — Seats, Projects, or Credits
  • Quantity — How many you have
  • Cost — Monthly price per unit
  • Billing — Monthly or one-time

Adjusting Add-on Quantities

Increasing Quantity

To add more seats or projects:

  1. Find the add-on card in Settings > Subscription > Plan
  2. Click Manage
  3. Increase the quantity using the selector
  4. Review the prorated additional charge
  5. Click Confirm

The increase takes effect immediately, and you're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

Decreasing Quantity

To reduce seats or projects:

  1. Find the add-on card in Settings > Subscription > Plan
  2. Click Manage
  3. Decrease the quantity using the selector
  4. Review the change summary
  5. Click Confirm

Decreases take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to the add-ons until then.

Managing Credit Add-ons

One-Time Top-ups

One-time credit packages don't require management—you purchase them and use the credits. To check your credit balance:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Usage
  2. View your Current Balance

Recurring Credit Add-ons

If you have recurring credit top-ups:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Plan
  2. Find the credit add-on card
  3. Click Manage to pause or cancel

Checking Add-on Billing

To see how add-ons affect your invoice:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Billing
  2. Click Manage Billing Information
  3. View upcoming invoice preview

Your invoice itemizes:

  • Base subscription charge
  • Each add-on type and quantity
  • Prorated adjustments (if any)
  • Total amount due

Add-on History

Add-on changes are reflected in your billing history:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription > Billing
  2. View past invoices
  3. Each invoice shows add-on line items

Limits and Restrictions

During Trial

Add-ons cannot be managed during a trial because they require an active paid subscription first.

While Canceling

If your subscription is set to cancel at period end:

  • You cannot add new add-ons
  • Existing add-ons remain active until cancellation
  • Add-ons are canceled along with your subscription

Downgrade Validation

When downgrading plans, the system checks if your add-ons would cause you to exceed the new plan's base limits:

  • Extra seats are kept separate from base allocation
  • You may need to adjust add-ons if you want to cancel them before downgrade
