Searching Knowledge Base
Find and verify what your AI knows.
As your Knowledge Base grows, you may need to verify what information is available to the AI.
Smart Search
The Knowledge Base search is semantic, meaning it understands intent, not just keywords.
- Go to Storage > Knowledge Base.
- Type a query into the search bar (e.g., "What is our refund policy?").
- The system will show the Entries that contain the answer.
This simulates how the AI "thinks" when it searches your data to answer a user question.
Managing Entries
From the search results or the main list:
- Preview: Click an entry to see the document summary and author.
- Edit: Modify the entry's metadata or source document link.
- Delete: Remove this memory. The AI will immediately forget this information.
Use the search feature to "test" your documentation. If you search for a key company fact and nothing comes up, your AI won't know it either!
