Knowledge Base Overview

The Knowledge Base is the brain of your Firebuzz workspace. By adding documents here, you "teach" the AI about your company, products, and brand voice.

How It Works

  1. Upload: You add a document (PDF, DOCX, TXT, etc.).
  2. Vectorization: Firebuzz reads and indexes the content.
  3. Memory: The document becomes a searchable "entry" or memory.
  4. Generation: When you ask the AI to write content, it looks up relevant memories to give you accurate, brand-aware answers.

Entry Statuses

Your knowledge base entries show a status badge indicating their readiness:

  • Indexed: Ready to use. The AI can read this document.
  • Processing: Currently being analyzed. Please wait.
  • Failed: Something went wrong. Try deleting and re-uploading.
  • Queued: Waiting to be processed.
