Forms & Lead CaptureForm Submissions

Viewing Submissions

Access and analyze form submissions from your lead generation campaigns in the Data tab.

All form submissions from your lead generation campaigns are collected in the campaign's Data tab. This provides a centralized view of all leads captured through your landing pages.

Accessing Submissions

To view your form submissions:

  1. Go to Campaigns
  2. Click on your lead generation campaign
  3. Select the Data tab

The Data tab is only available for Lead Generation campaigns. Click-Through campaigns don't collect form data.

The Submissions Table

Your submissions appear in a dynamic table that adapts to your form schema:

Dynamic Columns

The table automatically creates columns based on your form fields:

  • User-defined fields appear first (email, name, company, etc.)
  • System fields appear after (UTM parameters, country, language)
  • Type column shows whether each submission came from Preview or Production
  • Submitted At displays the timestamp for each entry
  • Actions column provides delete functionality

Data Display

Each field type has smart rendering:

Field TypeDisplay
Text, Email, PhoneShown as text in a badge
Boolean (Checkbox)Green "Yes" or red "No" indicator
Empty valuesDisplayed as a dash (โ€”)
UTM SourceShows platform icon (Facebook, Google, etc.)
CountryDisplays flag emoji with country code

Preview vs Production Mode

Submissions are separated by environment to help you distinguish test data from real leads:

Preview Mode

Submissions from testing your landing page before publishing. Marked with a "Test" badge in orange.

Production Mode

Real submissions from your published campaign. Marked with a "Live" badge in blue.

Switching Environments

At the top of the Data tab, you'll find an environment toggle:

  1. The toggle shows your current view (Preview or Production)
  2. Click the Switch toggle to change environments
  3. The table immediately updates to show submissions from the selected environment

A newly created campaign defaults to Preview mode. After publishing, switch to Production to see real lead data.

Sorting Submissions

Submissions can be sorted by date:

  1. Click the Sort button in the controls area
  2. Toggle between Descending (newest first) and Ascending (oldest first)
  3. The button icon rotates to indicate the current sort direction

By default, submissions are sorted with the newest entries at the top (descending).

Understanding Attribution Data

Every submission automatically includes attribution data in the system columns:

UTM Parameters

These track where your leads came from:

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the table
  3. Additional submissions load automatically
  4. Repeat until all data is visible
