Funnel Analytics
Track sequential user flows and measure conversion rates through multi-step funnels in your campaigns.
Track how users move through sequential steps in your campaigns. Funnel Analytics helps you identify where users convert and where they drop off, so you can optimize your conversion paths.
Funnel Analytics is available for Published, Preview, and Completed campaigns. You need at least 2 events to create a funnel.
What Are Funnels?
Funnels track users as they progress through a series of events in order. Each step shows how many users completed that action and how many dropped off before reaching the next step.
Common funnel examples:
- Lead Generation: Page View → Scroll 50% → Form Submission
- Click-Through: Page View → Scroll 25% → CTA Link Click
- Engagement: Page View → Scroll 50% → Scroll 100% → External Link Click

Understanding Funnel Visualizations
Each funnel displays as a visual chart showing the flow from first step to final conversion.
Reading the Funnel
For each step, you'll see:
- User count: Number of users who completed this step
- Event icon and title: Visual identifier for the step
- Conversion rate badge: Percentage who moved from the previous step to this one
Between steps, you'll see drop-off details:
- User count: How many users dropped off (negative number)
- Drop-off percentage: What portion of users didn't continue
- Color coding:
- Emerald (0-10%): Excellent retention
- Green (10-25%): Very good retention
- Yellow (25-40%): Good retention
- Orange (40-60%): Moderate drop-off
- Red (60%+): High drop-off
Footer Metrics
At the bottom of each funnel:
- Overall conversion rate: Percentage of users who completed all steps (color-coded)
- Total users entered: How many users started the funnel
Focus on steps with red or orange drop-offs. These represent opportunities to improve your conversion rate.
