Organizing Media
Manage your media library with search, archive, and delete tools.
Firebuzz provides tools to keep your media library clean and organized without losing important assets.
Search and Filter
To quickly locate files:
- Search: Use the search bar for filename matches.
- Filter: Switch between Uploaded, AI Generated, and Unsplash sources.
- Sort: Toggle the sort order (Newest/Oldest) using the arrow icon.
Managing Files
You can manage files individually or in bulk.
Selection Mode
Click on a media item to select it. You can select multiple items to perform bulk actions.
Archiving vs. Deleting
When managing files, you have two options:
Archive
Archive Use this to hide files from your main library without permanently deleting them.
- Action: Select file(s) > Archive.
- Result: Files are grayed out in the library but safe.
- Storage: Archived files still count towards your storage limit.
- Restore: You can select archived files and click Restore to bring them back.
Delete
Delete Use this for files you absolutely no longer need.
- Action: Select file(s) > Delete.
- Result: Files are moved to the trash/permanently removed.
- Warning: Broken links may occur if the file was publicly shared or used in a live campaign.
Data Usage
Check the Storage Sidebar on the right to see your current usage (e.g., "150 MB used of 1 GB").
Regularly archive or delete unused AI generations to keep your main view clutter-free.
