Creating Templates
Save your best landing pages as reusable templates for your team.
Overview
You can save any published landing page as a template. This is perfect for creating "master" templates for webinars, product launches, or newsletters that your team can reuse.
Only Published landing pages can be saved as templates. If your page is in Draft mode, you must publish it first.
How to Create a Template
- Open the landing page you want to save in the Builder.
- Locate the Toolbar at the top of the canvas.
- Click the More Actions menu on the right side of the toolbar.
- Select Save as Template.
Configuration
A modal will appear where you can configure your new template:
Title: Give your template a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Q4 Webinar Standard").
Slug: A URL-friendly version of the name. It is auto-generated but can be customized.
Description: Add a brief description of when to use this template (e.g., "Use for all webinar registrations in Q4").
Tags: Select relevant tags to categorize the template (e.g., SaaS, Events, Education). You must select at least one.
Click Save as Template to finish.
Your template will now appear in the Template Library with your workspace logo.
Best Practices
Templates are most useful when you have a design system or standard layout you want to enforce across your team.
- Standardize Campaigns: Create a "Master Webinar Template" with placeholders for date, speakers, and registration form. This ensures every webinar landing page has the same branding and layout.
- Naming Conventions: Use consistent naming (e.g.,
[Year] - [Type] - [Variant]) to make searching easier. - Metadata Matters: Fill out the description field. It helps your team understand when to use a specific template (e.g., "Use for mobile-first campaigns").
